It's Your Health: Face The FACTS! 👌

Rather than proceeding, in a state - of - denial, and procrastinating, a wise individual, proceeds, consistently, in a well - considered, effectively planned, manner, which identifies his personal needs, issues, priorities, goals, and perceptions, in a realistic manner. After all, it's your health, and life, so, doesn't it make sense, to take the time, and fully consider, your realities, and, thus, face the FACTS? Many people seem to proceed, denying reality, and seeming to believe, that issues will automatically go away. and thus, merely, procrastinate! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and represents, and why, it makes a huge difference.
1. Future; fruition: Will you close - your - eyes, to the possibilities, and ramifications, into the future, or will you proceed, in a well - planned, logical manner? However, it's not enough, to simply, recognize, what might occur, and the best path, to follow, but, rather, it's important to commit to taking things, to a logical, well - considered, fruition!
2. Allergies; aches; attitude; attention: Will you be able, and ready, to differentiate between minor aches, and pains, as opposed to more acute ones? Will you interview health professionals, and remain open - minded, to the possibilities, and alternatives, and consider, things, on a realistic, risk / reward scale? Many people have certain allergies, and unless, you know, what they are, and proceed accordingly, you risk making something, which is relatively minor (often), far more severe, and/ or, risky! How much time, and attention, will you dedicate to your overall health, and well - being?
3. Clarify; character: It's important to clarify your personal needs, and requirements, in a well - prepared way! Pay attention to maintaining the exceptional quality of your personal character, and recognize, how, making yourself, happier, and healthier, is a wise strategy!
4. Time - tested; timely: There's no reason, to try to reinvent, the wheel, or, throw out the baby, with the bath water! Take advantage of time - tested approaches, possibilities, and treatments, and always, proceed, in a well - considered, timely manner!
5. Solutions; strengths; stronger: Proceed in a solutions - oriented manner, knowing your personal strengths, and taking advantage of them, while addressing all areas of weakness. When you make yourself, stronger, and better prepared, your possibilities, for living a healthier, happier life, is significantly enhanced and improved!
