I Subscribed to Noom....Watch my Journey......#DAY 4


DAY 4

Great news!!!  I've been in this NOOM app for 3 day and this morning when I got onto the scale I am happy to to tell you that I have lost 1.7kg (3.74 pounds)

What Exactly did I ate?

Breakfast:   Coffee with milk and sugar
                     Viena Sausages
                     Joghurt 1xcup

Morning snack:   Coffee with milk and sugar
                               1xBanana

Lunch:   Tomato
               Cucumbers
               Lettuce
               Crumbed fish

Afternoon Snack:  1xApple

Dinner:  Grilled steak
               Lettuce,Cucumbers and 1xTomato
  
I didn't go hungry and the APP is awesome.....
