I Subscribed to Noom....Watch my Journey......#DAY 5


DAY 5

OMG!! This App is a good Learning process for me. Each day I've reached my goal step with out doing any exercise but like I talk you  before each day they add 300 steps to your goal. I'm a stay at home mom at this is just my normal steps every day.  If I have the time and want  to do more exercise I'm sure my weight lost results will be even more awesome, but who I time to exercise everyday? Not me with 3 kids busy at school each day.  This food is a lot , mmmm, I never ate some much because I'm to busy and normally  forget to eat.
THis App reminds me to eat, they sent me a message to remind me, how awesome is that.

What Exactly did I ate?

Breakfast: White grapes
                   Grilled Steak
                   1xcup Joghurt
                   

Morning snack: 1xSausages

Lunch:  1x Low GI brown Bread, believe it or not this bread is Green food!!!

Afternoon Snack:  Peach

Dinner:  2x Low GI brown Bread
               with Mozzarella Cheese and 1 Fried Egg
               White grape's
               1xChicken drumstick


I didn't go hungry and the APP is awesome.....
